Spring is the season of new growth, with those familiar signs of change. The exposure to more sunlight and longer evenings increase the production of the hormone serotonin in our brains, making us feel happier. In so many ways spring can elevate our mood and make life a little easier. We may feel more optimistic, and open to change and new opportunities in our lives.
The festive season is behind us and it’s ‘Back to Normal’ now. Here we are at the end of January already. For a lot of people a dreary, long month.
